Business Building System
Systems and Tools.com has developed a simple “Business Building System” that Team Members can use to identify people who have an interest in building a Q Sciences Distributor Network.
If you would like to utilize this System, please follow the step-by-step instructions which are provided below.
Step One: Enroll as a Q Sciences Ambassador
If you have not already done so, your first step will be to enroll as a Q Sciences “Ambassador”. The person who introduced you to the Company and/or this website can provide an “Enrollment Link”.
When you enroll, you will receive your own personalized Q Sciences website – and a unique “URL / Link” which people can use to access your site.
Step Two: Order your Voice Mailbox
When using our “Business Building System”, you will need a Voice Mailbox which contains the Team’s “Hotline Message”.
The Voice Mailbox Company that we work with offers a variety of different voice mailbox packages that are pre-loaded with the Hotline Message. The “Personal Mailbox” option ($9.95 per-month) should be sufficient to handle your needs.

Step Three: Order your HotNewBiz.com website
When someone who has listened to the Hotline Message requests additional information, you will email or text them a link to your personalized HotNewBiz.com website.
Example: HotNewBiz.com/demo
This website will introduce your prospect to our Team‘s “Business Building System”. It also includes an “Enroll Now” button which will be linked to your MyQsciences.com website.
Our website provider charges a nominal set-up and hosting fee. The cost is $15 for six months – or $25 for a full year.

Step Four: Develop your Initial Prospect List
When making your prospect list, write down the names of everyone you know who has a sales, management or business background. Be sure to include anyone that has been involved in any sort of a network marketing program or home-based business opportunity.
At this stage, it’s important that you don’t prejudge anyone. It’s impossible to predict who will – or won’t have an interest in the program.
Step Five: Establish your “Method of Contact”
Once you have compiled your prospect list, you will need to decide which “method of contact” is appropriate for each person. Options include:
- Personal Phone Call
- Text or Email
- Postcard
Many Team Members elect to send a Postcard to everyone on their Prospect List. They do so, even if they intend to contact them by Phone, Email or Text. This helps insure that no one “falls through the cracks”.
Note: When contacting prospects via a Postcard, you can choose whether or not you want to include your return address on the Card. If you elect not to include your return address, only those people who listen to the Hotline Message – and request additional information will discover that it was you who sent them the Postcard.
Step Six: Order a Direct Mail Fulfillment Pack
When you have ten (or more) names that you would like to have a customized Postcard sent to, you can order a Direct Mail Fulfillment Pack.
Packs are available in quantities of 10, 15, 25, 50 and 100 Post Card mail outs. The packs start at $.95 per card (all inclusive.) As the size of the packet increases, there is a slight decrease in the cost per-card.
When you submit your list of names, our Fulfillment Center will imprint your Voice Mailbox phone number on enough cards to fulfill your order. The Cards will then be addressed to your prospects and dropped in the mail.
It’s quick, easy, and totally hands-off on your part.

Step Seven: Process your requests for “Additional Information”
When someone who has listened to your Hotline Message wants additional information, they are asked to leave their name and contact information.
You can then email or text them a link to your HotNewBiz.com website.
After a prospect has had time to review your website – it’s a good idea to follow-up with a text, email or telephone call.
